• September 27, 2024: Believe Kids Virtual Fundraiser Ends -Final Night To Order Online

• September 23-27, 2024: Bring A Friend To Dance Week - Dancers Age 5-Older May Bring A Friend For FREE To Participate In Class With Them

• October 22, 2024: AEDF Dance Apparel Order Forms & Payments Are Due

• October 28 & 29, 2024: Fall Fun Week At Dance - Students may dress in costumes but still wear their proper dance shoes to class. Optional: Bring a treat (enough for 25 dancers) to share! We will dance to fall music and play themed games! Make sure to bring a bag to take home all your goodies!

• November 18-22, 2024: Parent's Week - (More Info To Come)

• November 22, 2024: Poppin' Popcorn Fundraiser - Final Night To Order Online

• December 16, 17, & 19, 2024: Christmas Week AND Adult Participation Week At Dance - Dress In Your Favorite Christmas Attire W/ Proper Dance Shoes! Bring An Adult To Dance With You In Class!

• December 27, 2024: Little Caesar Pizza Kit Fundraiser Ends - Final Night To Order Online

• April 1, 2025: Pre-Registration for next season begins

• April 3, 2025: Recital T-Shirt Orders and Recital Ad Orders w/ Payments are Due

• April 7-11, 2025: Costume Pick Up Week - Account must be PAID IN FULL through April to receive costume(s)

• April 11, 2025: Last Day to tell us if your dancer is a 5th or 10th Year AEDF Student Award Recipient

• May 5-9, 2025: Ticket Pick Up - Each Studio Family will receive 4 free tickets and can purchase 6 additional tickets during this week.- Account must be PAID IN FULL

• May 12-16, 2025: Final Parent Viewing Night For All Acro Classes (Remember there is NO RECITAL for these classes)

• May 12-16, 2025: Rest Up For Recital! Wear your Pajamas (W/ Proper Dance Shoes) To Class!

• May 13, 2025: Pre-Registration Ends! (But Regular Registration Continues Through Fall 2025)

• May 16, 2025: PENDING - Dress Rehearsal Date: 4:00pm-10:30pm at Memorial High School in Port Arthur (Your Dancer Only Has To Attend Their Scheduled Time Frames Which Are Given Closer To Date)

• May 17, 2025: PENDING - Recital Date at Memorial High School - 12pm and 4pm. Which Routines For Each Show Will Be Determined Closer To Show Date.

• HOLIDAYS (NO CLASS): Halloween Night (October 31, 2024), Thanksgiving Week (November 25-29, 2024), Christmas Break (December 23, 2024 - January 6, 2025), Winter Break (February 3-7, 2025), & Spring Break (March 17-21, 2025)
